I cannot understand how anyone could be angry at her. Something is broken when large parts of society view being empathetic as a character flaw.

Netflix has a great Baseball documentary, The Battered Bastards of Baseball, about the Portland Mavericks. I learned about Jim Bouton and this book from that. Jim was a pitcher for them as he made his MLB comeback
