i know it sounds odd to say "stop when you're in the high of the zone" but if i keep going when i'm there i become very vulnerable to the outcome and it becomes very easy to break once i inevitably hit a "bad" drawing, but when im neutral i work v steady n it's easier to think how to draw stuff

i know im in the right headspace if i feel nothing about the drawings i make, if i start feeling good about the drawings then i know the curve is about to spike down at any moment, if i feel bad whenever a "bad" drawing comes out then i know i'm past the point i should have taken a break

i kind of need like a week cool down between drawing sessions hhhh cause otherwise my anxiety hikes all the way up and i simply cannot draw, nothing comes out right, like i didnt know anything at all and then i feel shittier and shittier by the second

after this im going back to 7k me thinks,, i just wanted to reach 15k once so im happy neow :]
