Republicans only rules are Might Is Right and Better to ask for forgiveness than permission. Democrats hopefully are understanding that no amount of sanctimonious decorum with tradition is going to keep democracy in place. Accept that the rules have changed

That's what I thought but don't you think it's a scam for SSA.gov to email subscribers and tell them they no longer have to pay taxes on social security benefits because of this bill? They are lying to quell the backlash and so seniors will blame democrats when the tax relief never happens.

I just got an email from the SSA that said the federal gov will no longer be taxing social security now that the bill has passed. Isn't that untrue?
