Junior is sad. He's always melancholy. I want to get him a kitty - he spent his 1st 5 years with one. And he loves dogs and other small pets, too. A little dog his age would be great, too. Everyone is telling me no, don't do it. I think they're crazy.

The 1945 remake of "The Enchanted Cottage" starring Dorothy McGuire and Robert Young was the first love story I ever saw, back in the 60's. I know I was meant to see this film. It taught me about true love that transcends obstacles. I've carried this film in my heart for decades. It belongs there.

I was getting a coffee this morning when I noticed a young man at the counter with the most adorable little Chihuahua I've ever seen in his arms. She had a little pink collar and leash. I approached him and said "I love your dog" and he said "Thanks. She loves you too." I was so touched. ♥️

I know the movie wasn't a big deal, but Diane Keaton and Sam Shepard were wonderful in this movie. It was really heartwarming, and I watched it many times. I don't think I ever saw a movie from either of the two great actors that I didn't like/love.

My husband had a Widowmaker in 2016 which permanently damaged his heart. He's a miracle almost 10 years later. He gets so upset and distressed all the time. I worry, a lot. I think many people must be wondering the same thing. Hang in there. We'll be okay, somehow.

I am not at all ashamed to say I really appreciate Jared Leto. And, I've watched this "awful" movie many times. And I'll watch it again. He had me hooked in Dallas Buyers Club.
