First marathon completed and it felt pretty great. 4:53, very happy with that. My legs have now turned to jelly. Hopefully I can recover in time for Town and Gown next weekend. #running

Fastest time of the year so far at #parkrun, matching my PB at University Parks. On the way home, slipped on the pavement and fractured my elbow. The Staff at John Radcliffe were amazing. Surgery awaits.

Down in South London for the weekend, so went to Greenwich Parkrun for the first time. 3 laps, slightly hilly, half pavement and half mud. A very tricky descent to finish the lap! #loveparkrun

New Years Day #parkrun at Oxford (Cutteslowe Park). A good turnout, no doubt helped by cancellations at University Parks and Horspath. Windy, especially on the incline at the end of the lap! 23:14. #loveparkrun

Ferry Meadows #parkrun with my nephew (his first!) I love this course, gorgeous park and a great coffee shop. And I got exactly the same time as University Parks on Christmas Day! (22.18) #loveparkrun
