Couple of years ago I put my neck in a spasm from yawning too wide. Today found me shrieking for help from the kitchen floor when my back/shoulder went into spasm. From sneezing too hard. (It's like what I imagine being tasered must be like.) I'm just going to sit very still and quiet from here on.

Putting in a new back door today and have realised my house is made of a 9:1 ratio of 1970's newspapers to brick. Big cheers to the DIY'er who made this bit. Proper job 😒👍

Ahead of a Source Connect session this evening, I just managed to map my ports on my router and now feel like an undefeatable hacker of some sort. I vow to use my new-found cyber powers for good.
Alarmingly loud and freaky sounding red alert on my phone. I hit 'OK' to make it stop and it just vanished without trace - not letting me read it. So, might be the storm, might be the zombie apocalypse or some sort of armageddon? We'll see what happens, I guess? I have candles and a slingshot. 🧟♀️

Nov has been quiet and the xmas dread was growing. Then I weirdly remembered Noel Edmonds and his cosmic ordering 😂. Well, within 2 hours the universe has delivered with a v nice job. So - (politely) order the cosmos, cast the spell, do a weird summoning dance - worth a shot 🤷♀️ (Ta, Noel. And cosmos)

Did a thing! Look at my much more succinct handle 🤩 Thanks to @dellaphillips.com for directing me to @madebydbm.com's extremely helpful videos (which also made me chuckle through the nervousness of trying new tech things and potentially deleting the internet or something)
Relating to @madebydbm.com’s post (see below). Some things are different now! The @Handle setting is now under Accounts, not Advanced & I googled how to change my DNS settings on my website. So my handle, which is my domain name, is now helping my SEO! Win win! Thanks again to Rob Bernie! 🙏🙌🏻

Do other VOs do this?? Replicate the face they use when delivering the script, when editing/listening back? Had a v high-energy upbeat read today, and the weird, manic rictus grin I caught myself doing in the edit was frankly disturbing (when I wondered why my cheeks were hurting) 😬

Did a self-tape today where I did a little shoulder roll and side-to-side neck stretch in the scene, then had to edit out the sound of loudly cracking bones (reminiscent of breaking into the Christmas walnuts) in post. I really should do yoga 😳
