I just took my dog, Ginger, for a walk to one of my local parks, and spotted some red and white things hung on benches and fence posts. So I looked up close to find hand-crocheted hearts with tags saying “You are loved x”.

Honestly, it’s what the world needs right now.

Today was earmarked to finish my tax return. So far I have written 4,000 words, been to a nearby town for a few supplies and a decent dog walk, cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom, and put the clean laundry away.
I must put “tax return” into my schedule more often 🤔

This resonates deeply. Some years back I largely put down social media in order to focus my energy in a more meaningful way. Then got sucked back into the vortex. Recent changes are making many re-evaluate how and where we show up.
