Yesterday was a really wild day. We had thunderstorms with lightning striking everywhere. The entire town lost electricity for several hours and the lightning started a lot of fires. The fire warnings kept coming every few minutes. In the picture, we are the blue dot. The fire fighters were amazing.

Great job. Lots of work but I imagine a lot of satisfaction. We weeded and replanted ours and now just like to stand and stare at it.

I live in a small mountain town of 5000. Out “hands off” demonstrators totaled more than 600 and we are in a Trump leaning town. A journalist said the largest demonstration ever in our town. It was very motivating.
