They took me out of the EU so I ran here to the foothills of the Pyrenees. Love outdoor pursuits but getting to an age where I hurt myself rather too much. Keep trying though. Cautious about Labour but delighted tories are out. I want back in the EU.
Ysy! That’s made my weekend 😁

😏 The stone crosses aren’t too bad - they are sort of sculptural, nearly always chunky, and get weathered which mellows them a bit. But there are so many iron ones - stark, angular, graphic - quite often with Christ figures attached complete with barbed wire crowns. It is perfectly medieval.

Kemi: Trans people are a pandemic, a social contagion
WEC: Why do you describe trans people like a disease?
Kemi: I never said that. Where did you get that from? Why are you saying this?

Literally happened. In the space of 3 minutes.

Oh yes I loved Bible studies...that bit where Jesus got all the traders and merchants in to the Temple before Christmas...economic genius...it's a shame he died so early...but it was good that the Romans put up a Cross for him...and now we all have stone Crosses in every village and Town in England

I bloody loathe crosses. There are some quite gruesome ones in France. Just seems utterly barbarian to me, being reminded of how cruel our ancestors were. But then, plus ça change 😏

The five they haven't done:

Allow councils to keep right to buy money; scrap tuition fees for teacher training; halt HS2 sell-offs; scrap salary rule for foreign partners of British citizens).

They had to be ideas that didn't require legislation and were collectively broadly cost neutral.

I don’t think that’s the logical conclusion ! Although no doubt it’s his!
