True blue artist, writer, and friend. Crazy about canines and collecting paper.
Neither snow nor rain or dark of night could keep us from protesting Trump. NYC was out and loud.

Tomorrow we get to show up
To use our voice when so many have been brutally silenced.
To stand together in solidarity as so many are being ripped apart from families and friends.

Find a rally. Find a march
No excuses.
Be there.
Before it is too late.
We don’t have Kings in America, Donnie!

In 1936 our government encouraged everyone to join the march and sign up for Social Security, this wonderful safety net that FDR and Uncle Sam put into place to protect us.

Today we march to protect our right to have our well-earned Social Security and keep the Trump government's hands off

Trump’s Golden Age of America is not so very Golden for the Golden Years

Even as I move forward chronologically, our country is moving backwards as a society. The social welfare programs put in place as guardrails that I believed would protect me in my old age, are being dismantled.

Nurse Moe checks out his newest buddy.

This is what happens when my mobility is limited.

Instead of playing with paper dolls & making up stories with my stuffed animals when I would be bored and bedridden as a child, Moe has agreeably stepped in to that role to entertain me as I recuperate.

I recently left my blue bubble to visit a Trump Pop up store.

Of all the over-the-top merchandise there was 1 that made me gasp. To solidify one's identity as a card-carrying Trumper, a “White Privilege” card is a must have.

How about some overwrought scolding served up with your cup of morning Joe.

I hadn’t watched the show since the election but tuned in today.
If you had any thought of watching Morning Joe again, today’s ranting about how unfairly he’s been treated would convince you to never tune in again.

So what’s the deal with the starter packs. I can’t quite figure it out, and not sure of the benefit. I’m open to being sold on the idea.

Great fun at the AI-AP party last night. Transported me back to different times in my life … an amalgam of melancholy and magical.

That’s the quote. I was looking for it. And here it is. Hannah Arendt on the Matt Gaetz as AG announcement
'This process includes the replacement of all first-rate talents, regardless of their political loyalties, with crackpots and fools whose lack of intelligence and creativity is the best guarantee of their loyalty.' I’m planting my first seed here, and hope it grows.
Right now it feels more like if a tree falls in the woods does it make a sound ?
