Agree with wider analysis, landlords, housing costs, inheritance all need addressing as all making life intolerable. If Dr's can't survive how are Care Workers, Teaching Assistants and all the others who keep our services running going to manage?

Decent start but couple of big gaps.. 1) kids of non working parents are discriminated against in not having free nursery provision, sort it! 2) 4 year olds shouldn't be sitting still! Let's be brave and change Early Years Education to make it truly support physical and mental development.

No it wasn't a panic measure, it was much worse, a well thought through plan to protect the rich, the corporations and the status quo and not to shift the balance of wealth or power.

I'd choose more but also I'd choose paying £15ph minimum, no zero hrs, paying for travel time, respect, career pathways and training for all. And most of all, people who draw on care being in control.
