'Segregated facilities' are no longer explicitly banned in federal contracts
The Trump administration cut a clause from federal contracting rules that had been on the books since the 1960s: Companies are no longer explicitly prohibited from having segregated facilities.

In 1964, the Civil Rights Act was passed, marking the legal end to Jim Crow in the USA. Its Title VI banned discrimination by race among any institution that receives Federal funds.

On Friday, the Acting head of the Ed Dept sent out this letter to all 50 states:

Last working day of Medicare Open enrollment period. I'm exhausted! So many people struggle to pay their drug and medical costs. No wonder the guy in NY decided to take matters into his own hands. It's an evil system where they make millions while people go into debt to pay for care.

We usually try to wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate, but with warm weather today in the 50's and predictions for next weekend below freezing, we decided to get the balls hung in the bushes.
