Helldivers 2 is awesome. I highly recommend it. It's a shooter but the best part is it is a cooperative experience. Resources and rewards are shared with the team!

Have you tried Grounded? I felt like they did a lot of good work on accessibility of you haven't it is a really fun one.

Have you consulted a sleep doctor? They may have something to get you started a lot of them are sleep apnea specialists but they study sleep so it is a potential source of info

One of my favorites. I had the model kit of the shining Gundam as a kid and loved having it defeat Lego starships with its SHINING FINGER!
