Musing about: the indigenous bands that performed for Prince Harry at the Invictus Games in BC. Ironically held on their lands colonized by his great great grandmother. Big fan. This performance was a masterwork. Not going to lie at 66 and white he makes me uncomfortable as I lean in and listen. Gloriously uncomfortable. Probably not as uncomfortable as Drake but . . .

My device is reacting to my high stress + bad sleep. Was high 80s in early Jan. A reminder to self care folks. I’m tempted to toss the damn ring in a drawer for 4 years but instead I’m adding in a short walk in nature daily, quality moments w/community + more sleep. What’s your plan to stay well?
