If your most legitimate reason for wanting "female-only" spaces boils down to not wanting other people (all adults, not middle schoolers) to hear you (also an adult) opening a pad in the women's bathroom, I would invite you to maybe....just reflect on your own relationship to your body

love having pmdd, especially when it coincides with a job interview..... confidence, concentration, and the ability to formulate coherent answers and not feel like follow up questions are cutting rejections that erode your confidence even further? never heard of it
