Saied understands Europe very well. He did not buy their assertions that they were concerned for democracy in Tunisia. In his opinion, he toppled 'Islamists' and doubled down on migration, and therefore negotiations should be about the size of his 'reward'. Currently, it is at 1 billion euros.
