Ooooo the K14 stuff, I have a roll of it myself and the recommendations I have received were to process it as B&W or there's a lab in OK that can possibly develop it.

Sounds like it just needs a clean, lube and test. The battery contact fix might help with the shutter unreliability as it might be loosing contact mid way through, same applies to the light meter. How old is the battery?
