During my visit, I caught a bit of the national news. Roughly 2/3 of the news was essentially dominated by "Is the US going to invade Canada?"

I can't like this, simply due to the implications.

I was in Canada a few weeks ago, was treated wonderfully, tempted to stay, and saw the beginning of this trend.

But also, recognize where this is coming from- angst, not necessarily hatred of all Americans.
