I really thought the PVM ship had sailed for me, but here we are.. I was able to get a Sony PVM-1953md for a good deal, and the dude ironically lived up the block from me.

Another Neo Geo AES repair this weekend! This one had graphical glitches and the previous owner tried reflowing the LSPC2, with disastrous results.
I fixed the bridges, bent pins, and lifted pads, and then found the final problem: a cut trace between L0 and a buffer. Glad to see it alive again!

First two games of 2025 beat! First ys book I and II for tg16 and the other was the original god of war for ps2. Both had pretty difficult boss fights. #beatit2025

Just received my RGB Blaster from @stoneagegamer.bsky.social and of course the first game I'm testing is Gimmick! Worked flawlessly, audio expansion sounded fantastic. I have it chained to a gscart going to an ossc and retrotink rgb2comp and everything worked like the console was rgb modded.

Just wanted to share a little bit about myself. I've managed at some point every major video game retail store, Everything from Babbages, Funcoland, Gamecrazy and Gamestop and I've always been fascinated with kiosks. My only regret is much younger me passed on the Dreamcast kiosk back in the day.

I own many consoles but favorite way to play MiSTer is by far with the mini-itx ironclad lite. the case is a simple thin mini itx case from amazon which was about $30 and the sticker came from an etsy seller.
