My line of work is obvs very inclusive cuz I work with vulnerable people but there will be so many corporate employers who want their employees to be happy and are happy to accommodate for people they value you just have to be open about your needs and the right employers will find you

I remember going to a talk about neurodivergence in the workplace and it is growing more and more important to employers to create accessible spaces for their employees you just need to find a company that priorities that instead of enabling an exclusive work environment cuz they cba trying
