In Japanese Ruby says she spent a week visiting the relatives on her father's side who are living in America. I think that's as opposed to the other ones in Italy. So she went to them, and I presume they were easier to visit than those in Italy.

A manga called Michibata Yoh no Iru Sekai started in Feel Young which is about a non-binary philosophy student. Drawn by Kazumi Fumikawa. Written by Masoho Murano, a contributor to queer zine MiNoRi+. Supervised by Nayuta Miki, a philosophy lecturer at UOsaka, and a trans woman.

I just remembered the 2nd issue of Yuri-Hime having a one-shot by Chi-ran where the love interest introduces herself by saying her dream is to be the first female prime minister and make Japan into a lesbian heaven.

As of chapter 11 of Kawaii Doumei, it is looking rather likely that Miharu is being written as an egg. So, potentially a yuri manga with a trans girl as an important secondary character.

Bought and read egg by Shino Torino (Ohana Holoholo). It's near future speculative fiction about children born from donor eggs and the donors. For instance, one plot thread sees a 16 year old girl meet her donor, who is a pregnant trans man who had donated eggs to afford top surgery.
