Kyle Walker (34) seeking a move abroad reminds me of Ashley Cole’s time at Roma. I think he assumed it would be easy for him to transition to a “lesser” league after playing in the EPL. It wasn’t and he only played 11 competitive matches for the Giallorossi before his contract was terminated.
