So today I did Chest and Triceps, 16.25 hr fast, breaking it with Day 1 224 lbs

All right my Blue Sky family, accountability thing I’m starting. I’m traveling to Bosnia Jul 17th and want to improve my phisique till then. I was 320 lbs, and am now at 220lbs and got here since Jan 8 2024. This is where I started and current progress.

I am not surprised, are y’all? Also certainly not promoting violence, but would not help/rat if asked and knew where this dude was. These guys stick it to us regularly and get rich, not surprising that people serve justice on their own, using their own means, sometimes violently as u can see.
