Hmm, I’m sensing you don’t feel either Bazunu or McCarthy belong in that category…! We should recall Ramsdale, he has more hope of going to the World Cup playing for us than sitting on Newcastle’s bench.

I agree. I think just generally away kits are really poor at the moment. Our pink monstrosity last season was terrible too. I regularly watch a National League team near me, and so many away teams turn up in boring all-one-colour away kits, often all yellow Villarreal style efforts.

Yeah, I guess we needed to leave the Dell just for the financial side of things, but it’s a shame that St Mary’s has never been able to recreate the old ground’s special atmosphere. I reckon it was worth a good 10 points a season to us.
