A bit flawed question just saying Italian as the pizza is just as varied as the pizza in America. For example Roman pizza has quite a slim crust whilst pizza from Naples has a thick puffy crust.

If you’re a headhunter you usually meet clients and candidates outside the office. After 7 years recruitment experience the only ‘headhunters’ I know that have people come in and sit in reception are temp work agencies. Nothing wrong with that a job is a job but you’re not a headhunter.
