A friend of mine is running this but I did not know anything about it. Tell me more about your deity.

I really like the physicality of this stuff. I want to play with people in person, on a table. Some games are difficult to run due to the needing digital tools or being built for VTTs. I still prefer that to theater of the mind exclusive games, but I want to bring people together in flesh space.

I also backed Hellpiercers- it's neat but haven't played. There are a handful of grid based TTRPGs, but I prefer wargame style terrain. I was very frustrated to find that the current 40k RPG did not feature miniatures combat- in fact it was very abstract with its 'zone' based combat system.

Lancer and Icon are my current favorites! I ran and played in a several year long Lancer campaign and it ruined other TTRPGs😅. I own Panic at the Dojo but haven't played yet- been a hard sell for my players. It is SO up my alley though. I didn't know there was a 'genre' for this sort of game.

(And, of course, trans people are far more likely to be the victims than the perpetrators of sexual assault and rape. This is, *overwhelmingly*, a crime committed by cis men — against cis women, cis men, trans women and trans men.)

Statistically in Britain if you are a cis man and you rape someone you are overwhelmingly likely to get away with it, there is a vanishingly small likelihood that you will be convicted. That is a feminist issue. Trans women wanting to use women’s toilets or play women’s football: not so much.
