What’s the first #FaBTCG card you remember loving immediately?
For me it’s got to be Become the Arknight.
From the utterly gorgeous & captivating art, the evocative name, the fact it’s the perfect Viserai card: Blue, block 3, 0 cost NAA w/ Go Again. Oh and then on top there’s the actual ability!

My local Wargaming club ran an end-of-edition Kill Team one day event.
I’d never played KT before, but decided to join in. Custodes seemed a good choice for team, just 1 profile, no real extra rules and I had a cool idea for some conversions.
Somehow managed to go 3-0 and come 2nd on the day 😅

My local Wargaming club ran an end-of-edition Kill Team one day event.
I’d never played KT before, but decided to join in. Custodes seemed a good choice for team, just 1 profile, no real extra rules and I had a cool idea for some conversions.

Had an absolutely great time tonight playing #FaBTCG at the Armory in Birmingham. First time playing #LivingLegend and first time for a year or so getting to play Chane. He’s still my favourite hero in the game, and LL is such a fun format!

What a great weekend! Introduced a dozen new players to #FaBTCG and gave them all a couple of intro decks to go away and practice with a friend. Then last night we went to Drag Bingo, hosted by the formidable Paige Three. Life on this little island doesn’t really get much better.

Still need some greenstuff work and a bit of tidying up, but they’ll do for learning how to play tomorrow.
And the added bonus of using Stormcast as the base models? My Custodes force includes lore accurate Female Custodes!

So I’ve finally given in and joined up here, as the other place is feeling emptier by the day.
So to start things off: have a picture of a couple of finds from the charity shop earlier; Les Mis on DVD and a 1895 copy of Milton’s poetry, including Paradise Lost. Not bad for £3!
