Gosh, man, I’m just so sad about it. And of course, really pissed with plainly pathetic ineptitude of the established Dems. They’ve just been rolled right over by unrestrained wave of vile greed and hatefulness, so much of which is in the name of Christian virtue.

I really hope that there will be personal criminal penalties for ICE cops who are unambiguously breaking laws and violating rights, etc. “Following orders” isn’t a defence, and they know it.

I just wonder if its helpful to locate an expansive mind operating in the mid 20th Century emerging from WW1 & 2, in a society that had suffered so much loss, to the absurd tropes and structures that govern the dark world of the MAGA mind.

Ha, this must be the insulated intolerance that was also shocked by Dems’ performance in ‘24. Still, while I’ve long supported AOC, & hope for her to be the Prez one day, I also think it’s absurd to continue to confuse echo-chamber virtues with the electorate’s actual sensibilities, again.

I have long waited for AOC to be the Prez, but the last election revealed the Dem party is run by people who have objectively demonstrated a lack of awareness about the electorate’s social tolerance levels. You don’t win by insisting what “should” be, you win first, then lead to what should be.

Don’t see an issue with Tapper writing this book. It was quite scandalous that Biden was as bad as he was, and that he didn’t step down and even tried to run again. That was just the DNC lying to us. I’d rather the truth come out now than during an election.
