If I remember correctly Levi a popular character from the series attack on Titan had a similar thing where he was thin and short but was like 80kg as he was dense af. You are similar haha.

Wow I wasn't aware that was a thing. It's super cool like a super power. Are you also relatively heavier? As twice as dense muscles fibres make me think about increased muscle mass and energy consumption.
