Imagine being so obsessed with stats that you tell people to stop creating. I understand that mlm ships are more popular than wlw, I get that fandom is dominated by male ships, but that is no excuse to tell people to stop.

There was no answer. Worse than that there was nothing. He hadn’t even realized that there had been something until it was gone. Jayce’s legs shook and he collapsed to the floor, still holding his head. Overwhelming loneliness pressed down on him. It was a darkness that spanned the whole universe and Jayce could only float in it. He had no idea how long he sat there, staring at his hands. Tears that he knew weren’t his fell in streaks down his cheeks. Whatever had spoken to him was gone and it had left him a wreck. His mother’s words came back to him. A beast.

No, the voice wasn’t external at all, it was inside his head. “Imprisonment?! It was supposed to be house arrest. The council has gone too far!” “Your little council has nothing to do with this; this is simply the terms of our accord.” Jayce was flooded with flashing images: his mother, a blue stone, screaming. Pain, exquisite pain, though if it was his mother’s or the voice’s he didn’t know. “She stole my most precious possession. It was her who I was going to punish, but she begged me, said that she had a son who she could not leave behind. This love, it intrigued me. I acquiesced in exchange for the first living thing she touched. You.”
