Ironically easier to emulate than run on a PC natively

I'd start going through random drawers I know they don't use. You know those clutter drawers that you forget exist but the moment you need some random odds and ends; they're all in the drawer.

It may be a long game plan but one day in their dire time of needs; the thing they need most won't exist.

After writing a little custom menu code the game is still fully playable with MK + plain ol' Keyboard; as well as controller!

Just a small step to make sure everything works as intended and can be enjoyed with all control devices.

Also, let me know if these GIFs are actually working; not sure why but in my browser they are not.

There's still a ways to go, like have actual building usage and add sounds as well as just making things look nice.

But for the stage of development it's in a good spot that can only get better!

Solution? CONDENSE!

Now you still see the building name and cost but when you select one it moves you to a "more info" screen as well as sets up the preview build!

So you'll have all the info as you're building/buying instead of 3 buttons total to buy/build/see more info.

As seen above the first stab at how to make the build system was to showcase the buildings with their icon, name; and cost. You would press button A to purchase then place and button B to see more info.

Problem? You have to press two buttons to build anyways.

Every season I feel they make it harder to get XP. Like man please, I have a full-time job and have to do adult chores and stuff.

I just wanna finish a pass and enjoy a season without needing to grind 100 hours every few months.

Mega Season Part 2! Enjoying most of it, new battle pass setup feels nice especially with no battle star stuff.

Gameplay is really fun!

Wish the map was more unique from Chapter 5 in terms of geography but still a nice new coat of paint.

Overall fun first season!

Crew is finally on top again! After all the passes got introduced got worried I'd never use many.

Thankfully now everything is reasonably obtainable again.

Popped out of bed and onto the couch; my partner sitting up and just saying "Why are you-Fortnite new season?" then lays back down

Not 100% on what they plan to add, just know they plan on adding more stuff; they're gonna be dropping a Terraria collab soon too.

Considering they're in the middle of a titanic legal battle I'm impressed they're pushing out anything for now.

The worst part is the performance for me personally and the fact they haven't unlocked their final form.

Palworld at the end when everything is updated and completely done with it; it's going to be a generational run kinda game for me.

Need to run another playthrough of it now

The last place I lived was kinda a slum of college students; which was fine for me since I'm barely out of college.

But I got these neighbors right next door who would try to flirt with me and my partner for our internet. Wouldn't take no for an answer; and would blast heavy music ALL NIGHT. Sucked

Right now the only way I got it to work was having it in a pulled up scene. Since there's always 1 scene I have opened it's worked out.

Yup you just make a script and drop the code above. Then I put the script on a Node in a scene I always have open and added an audio player then bam!
