I interpreted it as Charlie said to tell the big roach about the hotel so she was describing the hotel initially in a way to make it more attractive to a roach. When asked to describe it differently she instead praised Charlie and the hotel

They are such pretty kittens! Louise has such a lovely pattern and makes me think of an orange creamsicle.
