Today's 3-judge Court of Appeals panel — GOP Judge Griffin's colleagues — is comprised of 2 Republicans (Judges Tyson and Gore) and 1 Democrat (Judge Hampson). We know that because the #ncga made all of these judicial races partisan by 2020, the only state to switch back. #ncpol
