Yes and GPs should have the tools to help. I only know of my allergies because I could go to a private dermatologist with work, NHS waiting list is 5+ years

I'm just about to try some of the wild refillable lip balms as having trouble getting the blistex ATM and need alternatives and everything has limonene/lanolin/petroleum and I'm allergic 🙈

Hopefully you can find something, I rely on this and blistex intensive moisturizer but it has taken lots of trial and error to get here and even then there's day I can't use anything without it feeling like acid so can't imagine having it trigger a migraine 😞

I have pixel buds I got free with an old phone and they're great but can't sleep in them so like having loops for that and wearing under my over ear phones when travelling

I keep meaning to get a spare set of loops for the car keys in case I forget other earphones. May do this now when I remember lol

Been using tidal for a few months and really like it. Don't miss Spotify in the slightest
