I work at a doctors office: piercings are okay as long as they don’t dangle or have big gauges. Hair color is a hit or miss. For my hospital it depends on the manager.

I’ve seen a lot of places getting more relaxed with stuff like that. It’s more a push to not don’t showing anything offensive.
