The LA fires and destruction should present the negative effect of sending NorCal water to sustain vegetation of any form. It's a natural tinderbox down there. Any plant growth in that zone will burn, and it did, destroying thousands of homes, businesses, and lives.

Brunch today is Pollo Pozole. Grilled chicken, roasted Pasilla Peppers and fresh corn on the cob, onion and garlic, tomato and radish, Hominy (Pozole) Organic Chicken Broth. Not to mention one dried Ghost Pepper diced into the smallest possible pieces.
