Long ago I remember watching the show “Ultraman Tiga”, my first exposure to the “Kyodai Hero” subgenre of Tokusatsu.
Didn’t good my interest long but now, years later (mainly thanks to “SSSS GRIDMAN”) I’m diving into the original Gridman.
Looking forward to checking this show out.

Now what makes Blue-Eyes even MORE powerful and terrifying is “Dragon Master Magia” but that card is so extremely expensive and rare sooo… 😅

Today is a fun day for Yu-Gi-Oh! players!
While I am more of a collector I still “play” the structure deck for any combos I can find.
And with how much support Blue-Eyes have now, this deck makes them much more powerful.

“The First Berserker: Khazan”:
Another anime aesthetic game but much more brutal.
The last demo boss felt like a sharp difficulty spike but once you get the rhythm for the parry system (Brink Guards) it is very satisfying! Felt like Sekiro in a way (and I never mastered the Sekiro parry system).

“The First Berserker: Khazan”:
Another anime aesthetic game but much more brutal.

This game has an anime aesthetic similar to “Code Vein” released in 2019, but I am interested in how the world and gameplay will be.

As soon I heard the name Naoko Yamada I thought about her previous works (“K-On” and “A Silent Voice” to name a few) and knew I had to check out this film.
Very fun, music was great (shout outs to Libby Rue and Kylie McNeill in the dub by NYAV Post) and beautiful animation by Science Saru.

2025 begins with a 2-episode premier of “Ameku M.D.: Doctor Detective”.
This show is gonna be very fun and interesting. It has a half-and-half feel of “House” and “CSI” wrapped into an anime.
Very intrigued to see how the show goes from here.

New year, new anime!

Had very high winds here on the Oregon Coast Christmas night into this morning and had a tree snap and fall on a neighbor’s shed and on my parent’s arbor.
Power is out but me and my family are fine. Hearing the wind throughout the night was crazy.

Each season of My Hero Academia has been pretty fun. To think we’re getting very close to the end (season 8 next year being the final).

This time I was very much “invested” (get it?😏) .

This show was fun!
I never thought about “What happens after a Kaiju battle and the cleanup?” And I wish it delved a little more into it. It seemed like it quickly decided “Ok, let’s go and make this character a Kaiju and start the story”.
Still very good overall.

Fancy had her annual vet visit earlier tonight. Was a little upset with me afterwards but she’s good and healthy!
