I literally can't stand the struggle contest, like we're all struggling in this economy?????? but if we're gonna play that I'm pretty sure two upper middle class people who own their home and have plenty of savings will be better off than a 22 year old living paycheck to paycheck just to make rent.

"well think about your parents" ??????????? of course their situation sucks, they're living on my mom's part time salary. but I'm not allowed to be stressed too??? I have $30 in my bank account rn and I don't get paid for another week. I can't afford to eat, you think I can afford health insurance??

and like ??? it's a weird feeling because I know these people have caused me trauma and attachment issues and just generally fucked me up in the head. but I can tell they're trying, especially now, and I don't know how to reconcile those two things.

anyways. I'm very grateful for them right now. ❤️

(bc the ED was an overreaction, I just had strep but I just couldn't get home). and then today my stepdad drove 45 minutes out of his way to pickup sore throat friendly foods for me (since I just moved recently and haven't fully stocked my pantry yet) and drop them off so I didn't have to.
