Hey, thanks for the contact! I've not met Mike yet but that may change within the next month. I'm the new labor chair for DSA Fort Collins and we're currently scheduling some events for the next month or so, so I may meet him (and other Teamsters) at one of those.

So now the fight had gone beyond Connexion; we are now fighting for the ability of any municipal union in Fort Collins to be recognized. We are asking City Council to craft a ballot measure similar to Denver's 2U that was passed last year. Happy to answer any other questions!

Yes! However we are currently at a stalemate with the City: Colorado law allows my team to unionize but does not require the City to recognize our union. So every 2 weeks since December people have been speaking at City Council meetings, asking them to develop a framework for union recognition.

34k come out to support AOC/Sanders in Denver.

Liberals online: Absolutely not.

These people are actually talking about class solidarity. Billionaire-backed DNC darlings are not wont to do that.

Striking.

critical analysis right here

Pulling facts out your butthole? Bernie endorsed Kamala, and every Sanders supporter I personally know voted Harris, myself included. You gotta find a new scapegoat, or else face the fact that the Dems are running awful candidates. We clearly want better than centrist pablum.

Furthermore, these AOC/Sanders rallies are fostering class consciousness and solidarity. That is more important than just hope.

good point, i hadn't thought of it like that

"Democratic outsider Bernie Sanders lost Democratic primary to candidate with the support of the entire Democratic party at its back because they could not allow a socialist in office given their corporate and billionaire donors."

Yeah, I mean
March 23, 2025 at 6:24 AM
suggest that Sanders/AOC are just parroting Kamala. Come on, move past the "Bernie Bros" schtick. It ain't 2016.
March 23, 2025 at 6:21 AM
This is very disingenuous of both of you. Kamala was not saying the same things as these two. For one thing: How could Kamala genuinely blast corporate and billionaire donors when she actually has/had many such donors? Sanders has been saying these things for decades—it's literally laughable to
