The other night we had some friends over & made cocktails using mixed from Freeland Spirts in Portland. We tried them w/rum, gin & bourbon. This evening the wife and I took the leftover mixes & tried with 4 other booze. At the end after tasting we did the kamikaze and mixed all the booze together.

The better half and I had a date and went to see the 50th Anniversary showing of Monty Python and The Holy Grail. Seems to be a few minutes of deleted footage added back. Intro from the 3 (we're not dead yet) Python's. You can find show times on Fandango for the next 2 days. #MontyPython

An attempt was made to make dumplings. Not bad for first effort. Filling is pork, shrimp, ginger, fish sauce, other stuff.

2014 David Bruce Sangiovese w/the old family red sauce recipe & cheese tortellini. I am forcing the wife to watch the Super Bowl. She hates football & I find it boring (too slow) but the Eagles are playing & I have fond memories of red sauce on Sundays w/the game on from long dead family back east.
