New: A federal judge dropped Mayor Adams federal corruption case with prejudice today. Now it’s time to see whether Adams backs up his claims that he's indeed still running for reelection.

🚨 Gov. Hochul says she's meeting with "key leaders" in Manhattan tomorrow to discuss the prospect removing Mayor Adams after four deputy mayors resigned. "If they feel unable to serve in City Hall at this time, that raises serious questions about the long-term future of this Mayoral administration"

When Mayor Adams made Maria-Torres Springer his first deputy mayor in the fall, the overarching consensus very much was oh thank god. She helped bring a sense of stability and determination to the scandal-scarred admin.

Now she and three other respected deputy mayors have quit.
