My personal opinion is that we didn’t necessarily need for the files to be released because there are still live victims who can tell us what happened. Whose stories need to be heard and respected. I think releasing the files would be nice of course but them being mostly redacted isn’t surprising.

This makes absolutely no sense. There’s no replacement plan. I can’t imagine it’s oh so difficult to find another material that can make pennies for a cent. And instead of saying don’t worry about it if an item comes out to be 1-4 cents like Canada did, we the people will be getting screwed.
