C'mon. Did average voters even know what was in the IRA, or the Chips Act, or the Infrastructure Act? They didn't know what the Biden Administration was doing for them because the Biden Administration never communicated/sold the benefits to them.

Yes BUT--we lost the last election because Joe Biden was unwilling/unable to articulate a coherent vision to median voters. And then he stubbornly refused to make way for someone who could.
