And relationships aren’t repaired because the offending party felt bad. They just resume the status quo to repeat the cycle.

If you want repair, show accountability. Change actions and behaviors. It will take time.

Thinking on the election & the 98 Solnick & Hemenway study-people were more willing to earn half as much if it meant they earned more than others vs 2x as much but others make more.

2. Connection: planning a read together, family & friends, organizational work

3. Daily routine: includes creativity, physical activity, nature & most importantly REST
