siha's ~the length of her legs and it's kinda heavy! she can slap with it and put it on you (tho it's not so heavy you can't remove it yourself), and because it's for swimming she has a lot of control over it! she can wrap it around a little bit. and she wags it like a stupid dog when she's happy
