A4. Growing up in an Italian American family, Sinatra was a fav. When our kids were little and we were in the car on Saturday evenings, we listened to "Strictly Sinatra". Our kids grew to love the music too. Passing down the love of Sinatra's music has become a special family bond. #Spiritchat

A3 I remember to pay attention..to stop, and listen. There are birds singing, windchimes in the breeze, the percussion of walnuts falling to the ground. There is music is all things if I remember to truly listen...to truly hear.

A7: #spiritchat the responsibility to care for those in need. The responsibility to carry the hope of a better world for our children & grandchildren. To show kindness & compassion but tough love when necessary. It is present in everyone but we don’t always listen to it.
