A WIP piece of my Warrior of Light from FFXIV. His name is Korvus and he is a Miqo'te, a Keeper of the Moon. Korvus has long ears and thick long hair which is parted in the middle. He has a permanent scowl which makes him seem unfriendly but really he is a very compassionate individual, his 'fault' often being giving people a second chance when they do not deserve one because he wishes to believe the best in them. This piece is drawn in red pencil crayon, it is a bust drawing of Korvus surrounded by various flowers. Korvus likes to garden as it was a past time of his mother's. I really wanted a serene piece of work for him. This piece is a redraw from a 2019 WIP and I am really proud of my improvement of composition and increase of understanding of anatomy. Adya belongs to @linabenliven and is the gentleman on the left. Korvus is the gentleman on the right. Adya has long, dark hair tied into a pony tail with bangs down either side of his face. He is holding Korvus on his lap, hand gently supporting him - where you can see scarring from when his scales were pulled out for punishment. He is gazing up at Korvus, smiling. Korvus has shorter hair here, tied back by a ribbon. He is looking back at Adya, a hand caressing his side. Korvus wears arm sleeves to hide old scars and a scar can be seen covering his right side, predominantly over the rib cage but the pattern runs partially over his chest and far down his hip. This was a recent piece I completed of Kuyo who belongs to @linabenliven and Keigo. Both characters are FFXIV OC's. The back of Kuyo's head can be seen, purple and blue hair let down, a large fish like horn protruding from where a hyur's ear would be. She is reaching up to touch Keigo's face. Keigo is a lot taller man, by a heads height. He has long blond hair, large golden white horns and scales, brown eyes and wears a slightly cocky smile. I have been trying to develop my colouring style recently as I did not feel pleased with it. But on this piece, I think I have shown some development. This is an old piece but I am still very proud. Kota is draped through an aerial hoop, right arm and legs down, left arm lifted up and curled round the hoop at the elbow and wrist. Kota has long loose black hair, wears red lipstick and eyeliner, very pale skinned as Kota does have albinism.
