Anyway the highlights of this meal were various but I loved the tomato feta salad, not normally a go-to dish but the taste of ripe tomatoes in Greece is insane; like flavour bombs. The other highlight was this delicious pistachio ice cream drizzled with olive oil & sprinkled with salt 😋
