Two whole people have commented on my white sandles today saying how brave I am to be wearing them. 1. They’re plastic they can be wiped down whaddya mean 2. I’ve worn them as my primary shoe for over a year now and no one has said a thing. So what’s in the air today. But don’t call me brave 🙃

It’s absolutely ridiculous that the VERY last thing you want to do when you’re depressed is exercise but that exercise might just be a little bit of what you need to help break the cycle.
