Just finished reading Pachinko by Min Jin Lee. Great book that was interesting from start to finish, following four generations. One of my favorites this year #booksky

Read the second book in the Julia Bird series by Katie Gayle. A well written cozy crime story in the English countryside. I enjoyed this one. I'll probably read the series, the other books are hopefully good too no matter the order I read them in. #booksky

Finally vacation, just four weeks of rest. Only planning on reading books and watch streams, everything else have to make an appointment. Not going to sacrifice my rest this year!

If I was a plant I think I would be a Madagascar Palm (Pachypodium lamerei). I reach out my long leafs but never let anyone too close to the skin using my thorns. Growing slowly and in need of the right elements to blossom fully 🌴 #plantsky
